La diff\u00e9rence tient \u00e0 <b>ce qu\u2019il y a aux joints<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Standard 80 (Standard 80)<\/b> \u2014 Construite \u00e0 partir de plaques de quartz polies coll\u00e9es au ciment optique UV. Le ciment est solide et clair \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais c\u2019est un <b>polym\u00e8re organique<\/b> \u2014 et comme tout polym\u00e8re organique, il se dissout ou gonfle dans les solvants organiques. Selon la fiche technique officielle de Norland pour le NOA 61 (l\u2019adh\u00e9sif optique UV standard de l\u2019industrie), le fabricant indique explicitement que <a href=\"https:\/\/norlandproducts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Norland-Products-NOA-61-TDS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019ac\u00e9tone d\u00e9colle le ciment<\/a> et que le <b>chlorure de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne s\u00e9pare les assemblages en une nuit<\/b>. Ce n\u2019est pas un risque th\u00e9orique \u2014 c\u2019est la preuve donn\u00e9e par le fabricant lui-m\u00eame. La Standard 80 est r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux \u00e9chantillons aqueux sous 100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Sintered 80\/83 (Sintered 80\/83)<\/b> \u2014 Les plaques de quartz sont assembl\u00e9es par frittage de poudre \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, sans adh\u00e9sif ; la valeur ~600 \u00b0C est la temp\u00e9rature d\u2019emploi du joint fritt\u00e9. On obtient une cuve tout-quartz. Chimiquement, la silice fondue est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.translume.com\/component\/k2\/item\/186-fused-silica-material-properties\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab extr\u00eamement inerte. Seuls quelques mat\u00e9riaux peu courants l\u2019attaquent, dont le HF et le KOH chaud \u00bb<\/a> (Translume). 80 vs 83 differ only in deep-UV transmission (>83 % \u00e0 200 nm) \u2014 chimiquement elles sont identiques, c\u2019est pourquoi nous les regroupons en une seule colonne dans ce guide.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Molded 83 \/ 0.01 (Molded 83\/0.01)<\/b> \u2014 Une seule pi\u00e8ce de silice fondue form\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud \u2014 pas de joints, pas d\u2019adh\u00e9sif, aucune concentration de contrainte interne. Le HCl et le HNO\u2083 dilu\u00e9s sont des agents de nettoyage recommand\u00e9s par FireflySci pour TOUTES les cuves en quartz, y compris coll\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><b>Sintered\/Molded + tout acide sauf HF :<\/b> s\u00fbr \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour une br\u00e8ve exposition. Le sch\u00e9ma est constant : tout ce qui dissout ou gonfle le ciment optique UV est incompatible avec la Standard 80.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Les solvants polaires aprotiques sont les pires.<\/b> Ac\u00e9tone, DMSO, DMF, NMP, ac\u00e9tonitrile \u2014 tous dissolvent au contact le ciment optique polym\u00e9ris\u00e9. La fiche technique de Norland vous dit litt\u00e9ralement que <b>l\u2019ac\u00e9tone d\u00e9colle le NOA 61 avec un chiffon humide<\/b>. Si vous utilisez l\u2019un d\u2019eux en HPLC, en pr\u00e9paration d\u2019\u00e9chantillons GC-MS ou en suivi de synth\u00e8se organique, la Standard 80 n\u2019est pas une option.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Les solvants halog\u00e9n\u00e9s viennent ensuite.<\/b> CHCl\u2083, DCM, CCl\u2084, 1,2-dichloro\u00e9thane font tous gonfler agressivement les adh\u00e9sifs. Le protocole de Norland lui-m\u00eame indique que le <b>chlorure de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne s\u00e9pare en une nuit les assemblages pleinement polym\u00e9ris\u00e9s<\/b> \u2014 c\u2019est un mode de d\u00e9faillance confirm\u00e9 par le fabricant.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Les solvants polaires protiques sont les plus s\u00fbrs.<\/b> M\u00e9thanol, \u00e9thanol, isopropanol, n-propanol peuvent servir avec la Standard 80 pour un bref contact de nettoyage. Les longs trempages ramollissent peu \u00e0 peu le ciment, mais un rin\u00e7age de 30 secondes ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Les hydrocarbures sont interm\u00e9diaires.<\/b> Hexane, heptane, cyclohexane ne dissolvent pas les ciments UV mais provoquent un gonflement sur plusieurs heures. Standard 80 \u26a0\ufe0f pour <30 min de contact, Sintered\/Molded \u2705 \u00e0 TA.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"csg-rule-box\">\n<strong>R\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale :<\/strong> si vous utilisez autre chose que des alcools et de l\u2019eau, optez par d\u00e9faut pour Sintered\/Molded.
