Description

The C012WR1 is a quartz demountable cuvette with 1 mm path length and two-way light optical configuration — two opposite vertical faces are polished to optical grade, forming the standard transmission geometry for UV-Vis absorbance measurements. With a 300 µl internal volume (8 × 1 × 40 mm chamber), the cell is ideal for measuring standard to moderately concentrated samples. Fabricated using Sintered 83 (>83% transmittance) — high-temperature fusion bonding joins quartz components without adhesives, ensuring zero organic contamination and superior thermal stability. The demountable design features two optically polished quartz windows with a precision spacer, sealed with a quartz cover for chemical compatibility and minimal UV absorption. Includes a black anodized aluminum cell holder for secure alignment in standard spectrophotometer sample compartments.
