What to Include in Your Request

A dimensioned drawing or the exact part number is the best starting point. Include your required quantity and destination so we can confirm feasibility, MOQ, preparation or production time, and shipping separately.

We do not assign a universal dimensional tolerance, temperature rating or instrument fit to all custom cuvettes. These depend on the material, assembly, geometry and application, and must be agreed for the selected design.

Start with the Cell Your Application Needs

Send requirements for non-standard dimensions, reduced sample volume, additional optical windows, ports or closures. A configuration shown here is an example, not a guarantee that every combination can be supplied. Pressure, sealing, chemical compatibility, thermal limits and optical performance require a design-specific review.

For existing products, use the selected SKU page and confirmed quotation as the specification. Images illustrate configurations and do not establish certification or test results.

Agree Acceptance Criteria Before Ordering

Specify dimensional tolerances, optical requirements, inspection methods and the documentation you need in your request. We will confirm which supplier checks and reports are available for the project. Do not assume that a certificate of conformance, a third-party report or a regulated documentation package is included.

For an instrument replacement, verify more than the instrument name: cell holder clearance, beam height, aperture, orientation and required sample volume must match. A generic lookup result does not establish compatibility.

From Request to Delivery

1. Send a drawing, part number or written specification.
2. Review the project quotation: feasibility, materials, dimensions, acceptance criteria, documentation, quantity, price and MOQ.
3. Confirm payment arrangements and preparation or production timing before ordering.
4. Confirm shipping charges and carrier transit separately. Orders dispatch from China.

Tooling, samples, quantity discounts and expedited options are quoted when applicable. This page does not offer an automatic discount or guaranteed dispatch deadline. Eligible standard-stock returns are available within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy; custom orders have separate terms that must be reviewed before purchase.

When comparing suppliers, check the same drawing, material, tolerances, inspection criteria, quantity, included documentation, shipping charges and timing. We do not claim a general MOQ, lead-time or performance advantage over another supplier; confirm their current quotation directly.
