Refund & Returns Policy
At MachinedQuartz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund. It applies to purchases made through machinedquartz.com.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible in-stock items. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them
- In their original packaging, with any protective materials and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return except where they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Custom, made-to-order, OEM, or cut-to-size products manufactured to your specifications
- Items that have been used, cleaned, etched, polished, or otherwise modified
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Restocking Fee
Returns of in-stock items for reasons other than a defect or our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: MachinedQuartz covers return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the cost.
- Change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original and return shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (less the restocking fee where applicable). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.
How to Start a Return
Please email sales@machinedquartz.com with your order number and the reason for the return before shipping anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior contact may be delayed or refused.
