Browse our quartz micro cuvettes for UV-Vis spectrophotometry (190–2500 nm), designed for small sample volumes. Standard outer dimensions (12.5 × 12.5 mm) fit all common spectrophotometers while the reduced internal chamber minimizes sample consumption. Volumes from 10 µl to 1.7 ml. Path lengths: 1, 2, 5, and 10 mm. Two-way and four-way light configurations.

Includes ultra-micro cuvettes with a raised Z-dimension platform — positioning micro-volume samples precisely in the instrument beam path. Always verify that your instrument’s beam height matches the cuvette’s Z-dimension window.

Fabrication Grades

Molded 83 — One-piece, no adhesive, >83% transmittance. Resists all common solvents, concentrated acids, and bases (avoid HF).
Sintered 83 — Fused at 600 °C, >83% transmittance. Compatible with strong acids, bases, and most organic solvents (excluding HF and aggressive organics).
Standard 80 — Precision-glued, >80% transmittance. Economical for routine aqueous work.

All manufactured from high-purity JGS1 fused silica. Compatible with Shimadzu, Agilent, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher, JASCO, Hitachi, Horiba, and most commercial spectrophotometers.
