Using this cell

Fill the cell so the intended reading region is covered cleanly and free of bubbles on the optical faces. Because the sample region is narrow, careful filling and consistent orientation are more important than with a wider chamber.

Place the PTFE closure after filling and handle the cuvette by the upper body where possible to keep the optical faces clean. The 350 µL figure is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume.
