Browse our quartz fluorescence cuvettes for fluorescence spectroscopy, chemiluminescence, and light-scattering measurements (190–2500 nm). Every cuvette features multiple polished optical faces for the standard 90° excitation/emission geometry. Volumes from 10 µl to 17.5 ml; four-way, five-way, and three-way light configurations.

Fabrication Grades

Molded 83 — One-piece, no adhesive, >83% transmittance. Zero adhesive-related background fluorescence — the gold standard for demanding fluorescence research.
Sintered 83 — Fused at 600 °C, >83% transmittance. Compatible with strong acids, bases, and most organic solvents (excluding HF and aggressive organics).
Sintered 80 — Fused at 600 °C, >80% transmittance. Same solvent compatibility as Sintered 83 at a more accessible price.
Standard 80 — Precision-glued, >80% transmittance. Economical for routine fluorescence work with aqueous samples.

Closure options: PTFE cap, PTFE stopper (gas-tight), PTFE-lined screw cap (leak-proof), and quartz cover (UV-transparent for top-illumination). All manufactured from high-purity fused silica, fitting standard 12.5 mm sample compartments. Compatible with Shimadzu, Agilent, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher, JASCO, Hitachi, Horiba, Edinburgh Instruments, and most commercial fluorimeters.
