Using this cell

Install the cell so the optical faces align with the beam path, then connect your fluid line to the two top ports. Fill gradually and check that the sample reaches the optical region evenly, without visible bubbles or dry patches on the window area.

The stated 250 µL value is the nominal volume of the cell itself. It does not include the extra liquid volume in tubing, fittings or the rest of the circuit, so plan blanks, rinsing and sample changeover around the full connected path.
