Using this cell

Fill the cell so the liquid covers the beam during measurement, then seat the closure gently. Keep the optical faces clean and free from bubbles, droplets and dried residue, especially if your setup uses more than one side of the cuvette body.

The screw-cap closure should not be treated as a guarantee of leak resistance or pressure handling. Confirm the sealing arrangement and operating limits for transport, inversion or closed-circuit use before operating the complete assembly under those conditions.
