Using this cell

Fill the cell so the illuminated region is fully covered during measurement. Keep the optical path free of bubbles, droplets and visible residue, and use the same orientation for blank and sample if your method depends on consistent positioning.

The 700 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If you plan to run partial fills, check the liquid level in your actual holder so the beam stays fully within the filled sample region.

First-use check

Before first use, inspect the optical faces for chips, residue or handling marks. Rinse with a cleaning liquid suitable for your method, place the cell in the holder, and confirm that the filled sample covers the measurement zone without trapped bubbles.

Fit and optical alignment
