(C102CS37) Quartz Micro Cuvette, 10 mm Path, 700 µL
Original price was: $19.00.$18.00Current price is: $18.00.
C102CS37 is a quartz micro cuvette for UV/Vis spectroscopy with a 10 mm optical path, a 2 mm sample-region channel and 700 µL nominal capacity. Its Two-Way Light layout suits transmission measurements through opposing optical faces in a compact body. Sold as 1 cuvette per listed price unit, with a closure included.
Description
C102CS37 is a quartz micro cuvette for UV/Vis spectroscopy when you need a standard 10 mm optical path in a compact format. This version combines a 700 µL nominal capacity with a narrow 2 mm sample region, which helps when your method is built around a defined, slit-style liquid section rather than a broad chamber. The quartz body is stated for 200–2500 nm use, and the optical layout is Two-Way Light for transmission through two opposing faces.

Choose this option
Choose C102CS37 when your method calls for a 10 mm transmission path but you want the sample held in a narrow 2 mm region. That geometry makes beam placement and filling practice more important than in a wider chamber, so it is a practical choice when your setup benefits from a clearly defined liquid section. The 700 µL nominal capacity keeps this as a compact micro cuvette rather than a larger general-purpose body.
What makes this option different
- 10 mm optical path: fits methods written around the standard transmission path length.
- 2 mm sample-region channel: gives a narrow liquid section, so beam size and beam position should suit that region.
- 700 µL nominal capacity: a compact fill volume for this micro cuvette format.
- Two-Way Light layout: arranged for transmission measurements through two opposing optical faces.
- Standard 80 adhesive-bonded construction: suited to neutral sample solutions for this listed version, with cleaning and solvent choice kept conservative.
Using this cell
Fill the cell so the illuminated region is fully covered during measurement, and avoid bubbles or droplets in the optical path. For blank and sample runs, keep the same orientation in the holder so the beam passes through the same faces each time.
The 700 µL figure is the nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If you plan to work below a full fill, check visually that the liquid level still covers the beam position in your own instrument and holder.
First-use check
- Inspect the optical faces for dust, residue or handling marks before the first run.
- Rinse with a suitable liquid for your method, then dry the outside optical faces with a non-abrasive optical tissue or wipe.
- Run a blank first and confirm that the filled liquid cleanly covers the measurement region without trapped bubbles.
Fit and optical alignment
The uncapped cell body is 12.5 × 12.5 × 45 mm. Use those body dimensions to check holder clearance and compartment space, and allow extra room for the supplied closure because the confirmed dimensions do not include it.
Z Height is not established for this option. If your instrument has a fixed beam center or a holder with limited adjustment, check that the beam lines up with the usable optical region before ordering.
Solvents and cleaning
This version uses Standard 80 adhesive-bonded construction. For this exact SKU, the supplier restricts use to neutral sample solutions. Specific compatible solvents, concentrations, temperatures and exposure durations are not supplied.
Avoid organic sample solvents and organic cleaning agents with this cell. Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz, and avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning methods.
Included with this option
1 cuvette per listed price unit. A closure is included.
Availability and ordering
Order this specification directly, or contact us to check current availability and dispatch timing. If temporarily unavailable, additional preparation or production time may be needed. For a required delivery date, contact us before checkout; preparation or production is separate from carrier transit and customs clearance.
Discuss a custom version
For a different design, send a drawing or describe the change you need. Custom JGS1 quartz enquiries are assessed separately from this listed specification; feasibility, quantity, price and production time are confirmed in the project quotation.
