What to send for a useful quotation

1. Product: catalog SKU or a dimensioned drawing. Include optical path length, outer dimensions, working volume, clear faces and closure type where applicable.
2. Application: wavelength range, sample conditions and instrument holder dimensions. Confirm compatibility using the listed dimensions.
3. Quantity: initial quantity and expected repeat demand. Custom minimum order quantity is decided per project quotation.
4. Delivery: destination country and postal code, required date and any purchasing requirements.
5. Documentation: name the exact reports or certificates your procurement process requires, so availability and scope can be checked before you order.

Price, MOQ and payment

Bulk pricing depends on the product, material, geometry, quantity and order requirements. Any quantity discount, sample cost, tooling charge, payment terms and freight cost will be stated in the quotation. There is no universal discount schedule or fixed custom MOQ across all projects.

For catalog purchases, review the selected product’s price, sales unit and available options before checkout. For a quotation, send the SKU and quantity using the contact form.

Custom and repeat supply requirements

Send your drawing and acceptance criteria for custom geometry. If you need private labeling, particular packaging or repeat deliveries, include these requirements in the enquiry. Feasibility, charges and scheduling must be confirmed for the specific project before acceptance.

Documentation and acceptance

Specify the dimensions, tolerances and inspection evidence you need. Availability of supplier documentation or additional inspection reports must be confirmed in writing for the order. This page does not offer an MQ ISO 9001 certificate or guarantee a certificate package for every product.

If your application requires regulated or validated procurement, obtain the required product-specific evidence before deciding whether the item meets your requirements.

Preparation, dispatch and transit

Orders ship from China. Stock availability, preparation time and custom production lead time are confirmed for your order. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separate from production or preparation. Destination, customs processing and carrier conditions affect arrival time.

Returns and transit damage

Eligible standard stock items have a return window of 30 days from delivery, subject to the return policy’s conditions. Custom orders have separate eligibility conditions.
