Because no closure is included, this listed configuration is best suited to handling steps where an open sample chamber is acceptable. Hold the cuvette by the outer non-optical surfaces and avoid touching the optical faces during filling and transfer.

First-use check

Inspect the cuvette for shipping damage or residue, then test-fit the empty cell in your holder to confirm stable seating. Rinse with a suitable liquid for your method, fill with a blank, and check that the illuminated region is covered without trapped bubbles.
