Using this cell

Fill the cuvette from the top and keep the liquid level appropriate for your own beam position. Before measurement, check that the optical faces are free from fingerprints, bubbles, dried residue and exterior droplets.

Because the top is open, this cell is best suited to upright bench use where the sample remains stable during filling and measurement. If your workflow involves movement after filling or samples that are especially sensitive to evaporation, confirm that an open-top format fits the way you plan to handle the cell.
