Holding 24ml of sample within a 18mm optical path, the C182CR quartz two-way oversized cuvette is purpose-built for Large-Body Two-Way Optical Measurement. The Sintered 83 fabrication delivers superior optical purity with excellent deep-UV transmission below 200nm. Two-Way Light configuration allows measurement from both polished faces ships without a cover for rapid sample loading and easy cleaning.

Why Sintered 83?

The Sintered 83 process fuses high-purity quartz granules at elevated temperatures, producing a cell with excellent deep-UV transmittance down to 190 nm and minimal fluorescence background. This makes the C182CR suitable for demanding UV applications including nucleic acid quantification and protein analysis at 260/280 nm.

Usage Tips

Handling: Always hold the cuvette by its frosted or unpolished surfaces to prevent fingerprints on optical windows. Clean with spectroscopic-grade solvents and lint-free wipes.
