Using this cell

Fill from the open top and make sure the liquid level covers the beam area used by your instrument. Because this is an uncovered cell, it is best suited to routine measurements where the sample can remain open during loading and reading.

Keep the same orientation for blank and sample measurements, and handle the cuvette by the non-optical sides where possible. After each run, empty and rinse promptly if your method leaves residue on the inner surfaces.
