Fill the cell from the open top and make sure the illuminated sample region is fully covered during measurement. Remove bubbles before reading, and keep the same orientation for blank and sample so the optical path stays consistent.

This cuvette uses Molded 83 fabrication in JGS1 quartz. This fabrication is commonly selected for methods involving organic solvents and applications where temperature can matter, but practical suitability still depends on the actual sample, concentration, temperature, exposure time and cleaning routine used with this open-top assembly.

Do not use hydrofluoric acid with quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning methods. Clean the optical faces gently with suitable non-abrasive materials. The listed wavelength range for this SKU is 200–2500 nm.
