Solvents and cleaning

This cell uses Standard 80 adhesive-bonded quartz construction. It is generally used for room-temperature water-based samples and buffers. Avoid organic samples and organic cleaning solvents with this assembled cell.

Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning methods, and clean the optical faces gently with suitable non-abrasive tissue.
