C022CR5 combines a 2 mm path JGS1 quartz demountable cell with a removable quartz cover plate and an included holder. Its 600 µL nominal capacity and rounded-end sample groove give you open access to the sample region before assembly, which is useful when the sample needs careful placement, visual inspection or thorough cleaning between fluorescence measurements.

This option is supplied as a supported cell arrangement rather than the cell body alone. That helps when you want the demountable sample area and the handling support in the same purchase, while keeping the chamber accessible during preparation.

Using this cell

Load the sample into the groove, then place the quartz cover plate evenly before positioning the cell in the holder. The demountable format gives access to the sample region during preparation, so you can inspect coverage and remove visible residue before measurement.

For routine work, keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs. Check the groove and optical faces for bubbles, dust, smears or particles before inserting the assembled cell into your instrument setup.

First-use check

Inspect the cover plate, cell body and holder for dust, chips or handling residue.
Assemble the cover plate without forcing it into place.
Run a blank to confirm clear optical access and stable seating in the holder.

Fit and optical alignment
