Applications
✔ Colorimetric & turbidity assays✔ Kinetics with continuous stirring✔ Probe-based measurements (pH, DO, conductivity)✔ Rapid multi-sample screening✔ Titration experiments✔ Enzyme activity assays✔ Water quality & environmental testing✔ Teaching & student laboratories
Why Open-Top?
Unrestricted Access — The open-top design allows direct access to the sample chamber for probe insertion, continuous stirring, or rapid pipetting. Ideal for titration, kinetic studies, and any measurement where the sample needs to be manipulated during reading. Compatible with most visible-range spectrophotometers including Shimadzu, Agilent, PerkinElmer, Thermo Fisher, and Hach colorimeters.
Usage Tips
Handling: Hold by frosted or upper walls only. Cleaning: Rinse with distilled water between samples; soak in mild detergent for stubborn residues. Note: Open-top cuvettes are not suitable for volatile samples or measurements requiring sealed environments. For sealed applications, consider our PTFE-cap cuvettes.
