Consider this cell when your method specifically calls for a 0.1 mm transmission path. The slim body requires suitable support in the holder, and the open top allows access without removing a closure. It is supplied without a lid.

Using this cell

Load from above and check the sample region for trapped bubbles before measurement. Use the same seating and orientation for blank and sample, with enough liquid to cover the beam footprint. Keep droplets and dried residue off the exterior optical faces.

First-use check

Inspect the cell for clean optical faces, rinse using a method-appropriate liquid and run a blank at your measurement wavelength. Verify stable seating and clear beam passage before loading a sample series.

Fit and optical alignment

The body-only dimensions are 12.5 × 2.6 × 45 mm. The narrow 2.6 mm direction needs secure support, with the optical path aligned to the instrument beam. Z Height is not specified for this option; provide the holder seating and beam-center height if these determine your setup.

Solvents and cleaning

Molded 83 is an option to consider for organic-solvent methods or temperature-controlled work. Confirm the complete exposure conditions, including cleaning liquids, rather than treating the fabrication name as a chemical or temperature rating. Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning.
