Using this cell

Fill the cell so the illuminated region is completely covered and free from bubbles or droplets on the optical faces. Keep the cuvette orientation consistent between blank and sample, and insert the stopper carefully after loading.

The 700 µL nominal capacity helps you plan sample preparation, but it is not a minimum working volume value. If your instrument beam sits at a fixed height, confirm that the filled liquid level covers the beam during actual use.

First-use check

Inspect the cuvette before first use, rinse with a neutral method-compatible liquid, and check that the optical faces are clean and dry on the outside. Run a blank first to confirm stable seating and a clear beam path.

Fit and optical alignment
