Using this cell

Fill the cell so the light path passes through a fully covered, bubble-free sample region. Keep the same orientation for blank and sample measurements, and make sure the optical faces stay clean and free from fingerprints or droplets.

Fit the closure carefully and avoid overtightening. The closure gives you a covered opening during handling, but this page does not establish a pressure rating, transport seal rating or minimum working volume.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces, opening and thread area before use.
Rinse with a liquid suitable for your method and the complete wetted assembly.
Place the cell in the holder and confirm beam alignment with a blank.
Check that the filled sample fully covers the illuminated region in your setup.

Fit and optical alignment

This is a micro cuvette, so holder clearance and beam position should be checked in your own setup. The optical path length is specified, but external dimensions and Z Height are not established here, so instrument fit should be based on your holder geometry and beam position rather than assumed from the product family alone.

Solvents and cleaning
