Using this cell

Fill the cell so the liquid covers the instrument beam area, then close it according to your normal procedure before measurement. For routine absorbance work, keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs and clear bubbles or droplets from the optical region before placing the cell in the holder.

The stated 350 µL is the nominal cell capacity. It should not be treated as a minimum working volume, so methods that use partial fills should check beam coverage in the actual instrument setup.

First-use check

Inspect both cuvettes before first use, rinse with a method-suitable cleaning liquid, and run a blank before measuring samples. Check that each cell seats consistently in the holder and that your intended fill level fully covers the beam region without visible bubbles.
