Using this cell

Fill the cuvette through the threaded opening and make sure the liquid level covers the beam region used in your instrument. If your procedure uses capped handling, fit the closure before moving the filled cell into place.

For repeatable results, keep the optical faces clean and use a consistent orientation for blank and sample. The stated 700 µL is the nominal cuvette capacity, not a minimum working volume.
