Using this cell

Fill through the threaded opening and keep the sample level high enough to cover the illuminated region used by your instrument. The 700 µL figure is the nominal cell capacity, not a minimum working volume, so low-fill methods should be checked in your own holder and beam position.

For repeatable results, use the same orientation for blank and sample measurements and keep the optical faces free from fingerprints, droplets and bubbles. Handle the cell by the non-optical surfaces where possible, and rinse residue away before it dries on the windows.

First-use check

Before first use, rinse each cuvette with a suitable blank or cleaning liquid for your method and inspect the optical faces under clean light. Then place the cell in the intended holder and confirm that the filled sample covers the beam path used by your instrument.
