Using this cell

Fill from the top and use enough sample to cover the illuminated region used by your setup. For fluorescence work, keep the cell orientation the same for blank, standard and sample so the optical geometry does not shift between runs.

Remove bubbles from the optical region before measurement, and wipe exterior faces carefully so droplets do not affect the reading. The 1750 µL figure is a nominal cell capacity, not a minimum working volume.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and sample chamber for chips, residue or handling marks.
Seat the cell in the holder and run a blank to confirm stable positioning.
Check that the fill level covers the illuminated region without bubbles in the optical path.

Check the holder clearance and beam position against your instrument before ordering. A Four-Way Light cell supports multi-side optical access, but Z Height is not established for this SKU, so beam-height-critical instruments should be checked against your current cell or holder drawing.

Solvents and cleaning

This version is restricted to neutral solutions. Use it for neutral samples and matching cleaning routines only.

Keep hydrofluoric acid away from quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning materials, and clean the optical faces gently with non-abrasive optical tissue.
