Using this cell

Fill the cell from the top so the liquid level covers the beam region used by your instrument, then seat the PTFE stopper gently before measurement. Remove visible bubbles and keep the same orientation for blank and sample readings to maintain a consistent optical path.

Handle the cuvette by the non-optical sides where possible and keep the optical faces clean and dry on the outside. The stopper covers the opening after filling, but the assembly should not be treated as pressure-rated without a confirmed operating limit.
