Using this cell
Fill each cuvette from the top so the liquid level covers the beam area in your instrument, then seat the stopper gently. Keep blank and sample orientation consistent if your method depends on directional placement.
When using both cuvettes in one workflow, prepare them in the same way and handle them by the non-optical surfaces. Check that the optical faces stay clean and that no bubbles remain in the reading zone before measurement.
First-use check
Inspect both cuvettes and both stoppers for visible chips, contamination or handling residue. Rinse with a suitable liquid for your method, run a blank, and confirm that the sample level covers the beam area in your instrument before using valuable samples.
Fit and optical alignment
The optical path is confirmed as 10 mm, but the external dimensions and Z Height are not established here. If your instrument has limited compartment clearance, a fixed beam position or a holder with strict height limits, please check those points before ordering.
