Using this cell

Connect your tubing at the two side openings and fill gradually so the optical region is fully covered before measurement. Because the cell is open at the top, allow for direct access during filling, rinsing and observation, and manage the setup to reduce splashing or contamination during use.

The 16 mL nominal volume refers to the cell itself, not the full liquid volume of your circulation loop. No pressure limit is stated here, so pressurised use should be checked against the complete assembled system.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces, top opening and tube ends for dust, chips or residue.
