Using this cell

Fill the cuvette so the illuminated sample region is fully covered and free of bubbles. Keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs, especially if your method uses the 2 mm optical direction as well as the 10 mm path.

The 700 µL value is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume. Set your actual fill level by the beam position and the part of the sample region that must remain covered during measurement.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and top opening for chips, residue or transport marks before use. Rinse with a suitable liquid for your method, then run a blank and confirm that the filled sample covers the intended optical region without trapped bubbles.

Fit and optical alignment
