Using this cell

Fill from the open top and fit the lids when you want the sample covered during normal handling or measurement. This format is convenient for manual loading, rinsing and repeated blank/sample exchange without tubing or extra assembly steps.

The nominal capacity is 3.5 mL, but a minimum working volume is not established here. If your method depends on very low fill level or exact beam coverage at a defined height, check that in your own holder before routine use.
