Using this cell
Fill the cell from the top and insert the stopper gently after loading the sample. Keep the optical faces clean, and make sure the beam passes through a bubble-free liquid section during measurement.
The stated 350 µL is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume. If you plan to work below full capacity, check in your own holder that the liquid level fully covers the illuminated region.
First-use check
Inspect the optical faces under good light before first use. Rinse with a solvent suitable for your method, run a blank, and confirm that the filled sample region covers the beam path without trapped bubbles or visible residue.
Fit and optical alignment
The narrow 12.5 × 3.5 mm base helps when holder clearance is limited or when you need a slim cell body in a compact micro-cell position. The 35 mm body height and 45 mm uncapped height are useful for checking vertical clearance around the holder and access above the opening.
Z Height is not specified for this SKU. If your instrument uses a fixed beam center or a tightly defined micro-cell holder, check beam alignment against the actual holder geometry rather than relying on outside dimensions alone.
Solvents and cleaning

Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning, and wipe the optical faces gently with non-abrasive optical tissue before residue dries on the windows.
