Using this cell
Fill each cell from the top and insert the stopper gently after loading the sample. Keep the optical faces clean and orient both cuvettes the same way if you are using one for a blank and the other for a sample.
The 350 µL value is the nominal capacity of each cuvette, not a minimum working volume. If you work below that level, check that the filled liquid section still covers the beam path in your own holder.
First-use check
Inspect both cuvettes under good light before first use. Rinse them with a solvent suitable for your method, run a blank, and confirm that the illuminated region is fully covered without bubbles, droplets or dried residue on the optical faces.
Fit and optical alignment
The 12.5 × 3.5 mm base gives this version a narrow footprint for compact micro-cell holders. The 35 mm body height and 45 mm uncapped height help you check slot depth, top clearance and access around the opening before ordering.
Z Height is not specified for this SKU. If your instrument depends on a defined beam center or uses a closely toleranced micro-cell adapter, confirm beam alignment against your holder rather than assuming it from the outside dimensions.
Solvents and cleaning
This is a quartz micro cuvette with an included closure. Specific chemical limits for the full assembly are not established here, so sample and cleaning conditions should be chosen with the cuvette and closure together in mind. If solvent exposure is important to your method, see fabrication options before selecting a different build.
Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning, and wipe the optical faces gently with non-abrasive optical tissue.
