Description
C401WS is a JGS1 quartz reflectance sample cell for reflectance measurements, built as an open cylindrical cup with a 40 mm outer diameter and a 6 mm body height. The shallow profile gives direct access to the sample surface while keeping the overall body height low.
The body uses the supplier’s powder-fused quartz construction and has a stated 2 mm wall thickness. This version is also presented for phosphor powder sample use, so it suits methods where the sample is placed and prepared directly at the top opening rather than enclosed inside a covered cell.

Using this cell

Solvents and cleaning
This quartz cell is described for contact with acids, alkalis and organic liquids, but exact chemical conditions are not stated. Review the actual sample and cleaning chemistry for your application before routine use.
