Structure and dimensions
Using this cell
Fill the cell from the open top and place the flat lid after loading the sample. Keep blank and sample in the same orientation, because rotating the cell changes whether the beam travels across the 30 mm path or the 10 mm path.
For fluorescence work, align the cell with the optical directions actually used in your fixture. Make sure the filled sample covers the selected beam path, and remove bubbles from the illuminated region before measurement.
