Using this cell
Fill the cell from the top and keep the measurement direction consistent for blank and sample runs. In fluorescence work, align the cell so the transmitting faces match the excitation and collection geometry used by your fixture.
Remove bubbles from the optical region before measurement and wipe away exterior droplets from the outside faces. The lid is useful for covered handling, but it should not be treated as a pressure-rated or leak-tight sealing feature.
