MQQFL032 is a JGS1 quartz fluorescence cuvette that combines a 50 mm primary path with a 10 mm secondary path in the same cell body. The Five-Way Light layout, open top and flat lid make it useful when your method needs a longer optical direction but still depends on access around the sample region for UV/Vis or fluorescence work.

Using this cell
Fill from the top and place the flat lid after loading the sample. Keep the cell orientation consistent for blank and sample measurements, because the 50 mm and 10 mm directions are not interchangeable in routine method setup.
The nominal internal dimensions are 50 × 10 × 43 mm, and the nominal capacity is 17.5 mL. Minimum working volume is not established here, so set the fill level according to the illuminated sample region in your instrument rather than treating the nominal capacity as a minimum fill target.

Solvents and cleaning
This cuvette uses Molded 0.01 construction. It is commonly selected for precision-focused cuvette formats, but chemical limits for this exact assembly are not established here, so solvent choice should still be checked against your full method conditions, including the lid and any other wetted parts.
Do not use hydrofluoric acid with quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning methods. Clean the optical faces gently with non-abrasive optical tissue and a cleaning liquid suitable for your method.
