Using this cell

Load the sample from the top, then place the flat lid for normal covered use. Fill high enough to cover the beam path, remove bubbles before measurement, and keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs. Hold the cuvette by the non-optical sides to keep the light path faces clean.

The nominal capacity is 3.5 mL. This figure describes the cell’s nominal volume and should not be treated as a minimum working volume for low-fill methods.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces, top rim and lid before first use, then rinse with a liquid suitable for your method. Make sure the cuvette sits squarely in the holder and that the filled sample covers the beam path in the intended measurement position.

Fit and optical alignment

The body dimensions are 12.5 × 12.5 × 45 mm, with a 12.5 × 12.5 mm base. Use these body dimensions to check holder seating and basic surrounding clearance in a compatible standard cuvette position.
