Description
The C102CE1 is a quartz (fused silica) standard cuvette with 10 mm path length and two-way light optical windows, designed for UV-Vis and NIR spectrophotometry across 190–2500 nm. The two-way light configuration transmits the beam through two opposing polished optical faces while the two frosted sides minimize stray light interference and internal reflections, delivering clean baseline performance for absorbance measurements. Fabricated using Molded 83 — an integrally fused one-piece construction with no adhesive or joints — this cuvette achieves >83% transmittance and a path length tolerance of ±0.02 mm. Molded 83 fabrication withstands temperatures up to 1200 °C and resists all common laboratory solvents, acids, and bases. Includes a ptfe cap for chemical-resistant sealing. Supplied as a pack of two for cost-effective parallel or comparative experiments.
