Using this cell

Fill the cuvette from the top so the sample fully covers the optical path during measurement. Remove visible bubbles before reading, and keep the same orientation for blank and sample when your procedure depends on closely consistent handling.

Because this version is restricted to neutral samples, match both your sample liquid and rinse routine to that limitation during normal use.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces for dust, residue or handling marks before first use. After rinsing with a suitable neutral liquid for your method, run a blank and confirm that the sample level fully covers the beam area and that the cell seats squarely in the holder.

Fit and optical alignment

The stated 12.5 × 12.5 × 45 mm dimensions apply to the uncapped body. Use those dimensions to check holder fit and seating, then allow extra clearance above the holder for the included closure because the assembled height is not stated here.
