C104TF2 is a quartz screw-top cuvette for UV/Vis spectroscopy that uses a 10 mm optical path in a covered cell format. This option combines a JGS1 quartz body, Two-Way Light configuration and 3.5 mL nominal capacity with a threaded neck and PTFE closure, giving you a standard-size cuvette for top filling and capped handling. Using this cell

Fill the sample through the threaded neck and fit the closure before placing the cuvette in the instrument. Make sure the liquid covers the beam area used by your setup, and remove bubbles or droplets from the optical path before measurement.

For consistent repeat work, keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs. The 3.5 mL figure is the nominal cell capacity, not a minimum working volume, so your actual fill level should follow your method and beam position.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces and closure for dust, residue or visible damage.
Rinse with a cleaning liquid suitable for your method and the complete assembled cell.
Run a blank and check that the illuminated sample region is fully covered and free from bubbles.
Test holder fit and available clearance around the neck before important measurements.
