Using this cell

Fill each cuvette from the top and keep orientation consistent during blank and sample measurements. Make sure the liquid covers the illuminated region, and remove bubbles or droplets before reading.

If you use both cuvettes in the same workflow, keep handling and positioning consistent between them. For fluorescence measurements, align the transmitting faces with the excitation and collection directions used by your setup.

First-use check

Inspect both cuvettes for clean optical faces, intact edges and a clear sample chamber.
Test holder fit with one uncapped cuvette before loading both.
Run a blank in the same orientation planned for measurement.

Fit and optical alignment

The confirmed dimensions apply to the uncapped body of each cuvette: 12.5 × 3.5 × 45 mm. Use those dimensions to check holder fit for the bare cell body and side clearance in your instrument or fixture.

Solvents and cleaning
