C054TR1 is a JGS1 quartz micro cuvette for fluorescence spectroscopy, supplied as a pack of two matching-format cells. Using this cell

Unscrew the cap, fill the cuvette, and re-seat the cap gently before measurement or routine handling. When using the pair for blanks, samples or duplicate runs, keep the same orientation in the holder so the beam passes through the same faces each time.

The 875 µL figure is the nominal capacity per cuvette, not a minimum working volume. Set the fill level so the illuminated region is fully covered under your own measurement conditions.

First-use check

Inspect both cuvettes, the optical faces and the cap seating surfaces before filling.
Rinse with a cleaning method suitable for your sample and dry the exterior windows with non-abrasive optical tissue.
Test holder fit with one cuvette uncapped and capped if the cap will remain in place during measurement.
