Using this cell

Fill the cuvette from the top and make sure your sample covers the measurement region required by your method. For reliable blank and sample comparison, keep the cuvette seated and oriented the same way for each run, and avoid bubbles or dried residue in the optical path.

The 150 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If your method runs close to low fill levels, check the actual beam coverage in your instrument before routine use.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces before first use for dust, chips or handling marks. Test fit the empty cell in your holder, then run a blank at your working wavelength and confirm that your intended fill condition covers the measurement region consistently.

Fit and optical alignment

The uncapped body dimensions are 12.5 × 12.5 × 25 mm. Use those dimensions to check holder clearance for the cell body, but allow additional space if the closure remains in place because the verified dimensions do not include the closed overall envelope.

This cuvette uses a Two-Way Light transmission layout. Z Height is not established for this model, so do not assume instrument fit from body height alone if your holder has a fixed beam-center position.

Solvents and cleaning

This adhesive-bonded construction corresponds to Standard 80. It is best suited to routine room-temperature water-based samples and buffers, and the supplier labels this ordinary version for neutral solutions.

A complete solvent compatibility list is not established for this item. Avoid organic samples and organic cleaning solvents with this adhesive-bonded cell. Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz, and avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning methods.
