Choose this option

Choose C102TS3 when you need a standard 10 mm transmission path but do not want a larger flow-cell body than necessary. The 800 µL nominal capacity helps you plan the wetted volume inside the cell itself, and the opposed threaded openings are useful when your tubing or fittings approach from both ends rather than from the top or side.

Using this cell

Connect through the two opposed threaded ends and fill the cell gradually until the optical region is fully wetted. Before measurement, inspect the light path for bubbles and establish your blank only after the assembled liquid path has stabilised.

The 800 µL figure describes the nominal volume of the cell, not the total hold-up of your tubing, fittings or any external reservoir. No pressure limit is stated here, so pressurised use should be reviewed against your full connection scheme and operating conditions.

First-use check

Inspect the optical faces, threads and PTFE closures for chips, dust or residue.
Check that your mating hardware suits the M10 opening format.
Confirm that the installed cell has clearance for both end connections and cap handling.
Run a suitable blank through the wetted cell and verify a bubble-free optical region.

Fit and optical alignment

Do not use hydrofluoric acid on quartz. Avoid hot strong alkalis and abrasive cleaning materials, and clean the exterior optical faces gently with non-abrasive optical tissue.
