Using this cell

Fill the cuvette so the illuminated region is fully covered during measurement, and keep bubbles or suspended droplets out of the beam path. Use the same orientation for blank and sample runs so the optical path remains consistent.

The 1.75 mL value is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If your method operates near the lowest practical fill level, check the actual beam position and liquid coverage in your own instrument before routine use.

Inspect the optical faces before first use for dust, chips, residue or handling marks. Rinse with a method-compatible liquid if needed, test fit the empty cell in your holder, and run a blank in the orientation you plan to use for measurements.
