Using this cell

Fill from the top and close the cuvette before measurement as needed for your routine. Keep the same orientation for blank and sample runs, and keep the outer optical faces clean and dry so the beam passes only through the sample.

The stated 700 µL is the nominal capacity of the cell, not a minimum working volume. If you plan to work below full capacity, make sure the liquid level fully covers the illuminated region in your actual holder position.

First-use check

Inspect the cuvette and closure for chips, dust or packing residue before first use. Rinse with a method-compatible liquid, run a blank at the intended wavelength, and confirm that the filled sample region covers the beam path without bubbles.

Fit and optical alignment
