Using this cell

Fill the cell so the illuminated region is fully covered, then close it and place it in the holder with the intended optical faces aligned to the beam. The nominal volume is 350 µL, but minimum working volume is not specified, so confirm your own fill level if beam height or low-volume handling is important.

Handle the cell by non-optical surfaces and keep the windows free from bubbles, droplets and residue. For blank and sample measurements, keep the same orientation in the holder to maintain consistent optical positioning.
