Using this cell

Fill from the top so the illuminated sample region is fully covered before measurement. When working at this scale, take a moment to check for bubbles, droplets or residue on the optical faces, as these can affect the beam path and routine repeatability.

The stated 350 µL figure is a nominal capacity, not a minimum working volume. If your method uses a low beam position or a narrow beam, establish the fill level you need in your own holder before routine use.

Rinse with your measurement solvent or another compatible cleaning liquid.
Fill a blank and confirm that the illuminated region is fully covered in your holder.

Fit and optical alignment

This is a micro cuvette, so holder fit and beam alignment should be checked against your instrument before ordering. Solvents and cleaning
